Dr. R. C.Walke is a dedicated member of Fr. Agnel Family for last 25 years. He joined Fr. Agnel as Head of Civil Engineering Department. After working there for more than 15 years, he joined as a Professor (0peration Specialization) in Fr. Agnel Business School. Prior to joining Agnel Family, he has worked in various companies in infrastructure sector for more than 6 years.
Dr. R.C.Walke has a Doctoral Degree from V.J.T.I. (Mumbai University) in the area of Risk Management. He has a Master’s Degree in Engineering from V.J.T.I. (Mumbai University) in the area of Engineering Construction and Management. He is graduated from V.N.I.T. Nagpur in Civil Engineering. His firm opinion that Human Resource plays very important role in the functioning and growth of every organization motivated him to complete his MBA in “Human Resource Management” studies.
Dr. R.C.Walke is passionate about teaching and research in the areas of Strategic Management, Risk Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Ethics and Corporate Governance, Rural Marketing. More than 30 research papers of Dr. R.C. Walke have been published and presented in international journals and international conferences together. He has more than 10 paper publications and presentations in National journals and conferences.
He has more than 100 Training programs and workshops in his credit under titles like Self Renewal and Peak Performance, Time Management, Creative Visualization, Success Engineering, you can make it possible, Inner success – Outer Success, Relationship – a challenge, Memory Management.
He is Member of Editorial Board for “Expression” – A biannual publication by UCF, Mumbai.

Dr. Manisha Karandikar is a marketing professional with a corporate experience of 8 years and academic experience of 9 years. This combination of corporate and academic experience gives her a holistic view of the marketing function. Her corporate experience covers areas like Sales, Brand Management & Strategic Marketing. Manisha’s experience with Nicholas Piramal India Limited, has given her rich hands-on experience on launch of new products, managing ‘bread and butter’ brands of the organization and implementing Sales Force Automation project.
Manisha’s strong domain knowledge of marketing, coupled with data analytic skills and adequate operational experience makes her class an enriching experience for her students. As a faculty member, her professional expertise and an ability to connect with the students makes her a respected teacher
Manisha believes in the learning approach than the teaching approach and at FABS, she emphasizes on learning in the courses taken by her. She takes the following courses at FABS: Marketing Management, Marketing Strategy, Product & Brand Management and Consumer Buyer Behavior & Rural Marketing.
Manisha has recently finished her PhD in marketing from the reputed Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra. Her doctoral research was on understanding the Impulse Buying Behavior of Indian consumers.
Prof. Aradhana Tiwari has done MBA from Devi Ahilya University, Indore. She has done major specialization in finance and minor in Marketing. Her area of interest includes Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting, Management Accounting and Financial Management. She has presented/ published four research papers on state/national/ international conferences and attended various FDPs and Seminars.
Manisha Kushte is well qualified and experienced professional with around 25 years plus experience in various fields. She has a Master’s Degree in Management Studies from Fr. Agnel Business School and is proud of being an alumnus belonging to the very batch. Having begun her career in the public sector working in customer service, she shifted to different fields like HR operations, business development etc. She is a first generation entrepreneur having started her own HR consultancy specializing in professional executive recruitment and training. Her strong belief in experiential learning has led her to conduct various training programmes for corporates and students in leadership and teamwork, building trust , creativity, motivation, communication , business etiquettes, personality development ,grooming etc
Her interests lie in understanding human behavior and why people behave the way they do. She is self-motivated and highly enthusiastic of the academic field and enjoys motivating and inspiring students. She is a mentor par excellence and her aim is to inspire students to achieve their best.
Manisha is passionate about teaching and believes learning should be fun. With an eagerness to take her passion to a further level, she has been teaching MBA and MMS , part-time Executive MBA students for around 5 years the subjects of Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management and other HR specialization subjects.
Her positive attitude, adaptability and never give up attitude are her core strengths.
Prasad’s strong belief that as humans we are more alike than different , ensured that he always felt at home while he studied, lived and worked in India, Armenia, Russia, Netherlands, Brazil, Switzerland and United Kingdom.
Analytical thinking from his MTech Engineering Education and Consumer behavioral thinking from his MBA Education helped him understand the role brands and its owners should play in consumer’s lives. He has worked in different sectors: FMCG, Retail, and Technology & Fashion with industry leaders like Perfetti Van Melle, Liz Claiborne, Mexx, Vertu (Nokia) & Reliance Brands.
His last global assignment was with VERTU where he was the CMO for the brand that was sold in more than 65 countries. His last Indian assignment was with Reliance Brands where he was the CMO (India) for Hamleys, Timberland and Paul&Shark.
Prasad’s passion for education and innovation made him give up a successful 20+ years of corporate life to start his own independent story as consultant, educator and brand strategist.
Prasad has assisted companies in their quest for meaningful and profitable solutions. Through his lectures and interactions he has inspired and counseled young students and start-ups as their mentor and advisor.

As the Head of a proposed TBI (Technology Business Incubator) he is leading the initiative with DST (Department of Science & Technology) to set up a start-up incubator in Navi Mumbai.
