1. How and why did we decide to start this course? |

We did a research for about 1 year in and around Navi Mumbai and Mumbai and we
found out that a

(a) Wants to take active interest in helping her husband manage their family business
but she is afraid & shy because she does not feel accomplished.

(b) She had been a loving wife, dutiful daughter-in-law and a caring mother
for so long, but now with her kids growing up and her husband getting older/bus/touring,
deep in her heart she nurtures the feeling of being a manager for her family business. |

(c) FEAR of not having the knowledge to manage a business
made a woman averse to becoming an enterpreneur and she therefore refrained from
